Vista Verde Apartments allows up to two pets per apartment home. Our two-pet policy means you can bring up to two of your beloved pets, whether that's two cats, two dogs, or one of each.
A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300.00 is required for one pet, with an additional $200.00 for a second pet. Monthly pet rent is $25.00 per pet.
The following breeds, including any "mix" of, will not be accepted: Akita, Boxer, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Dalmation, Dogo Argentino, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Karelian Bear Dog, Malamute, Mastiff, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, St. Bernard, Staffordshire Terrier, and Wolf Hybrid.
